Noelle Breslin, MD

Dr. Breslin joined Georgia Perinatal Consultants in May 2025. Dr Breslin is originally from Ireland and earned her undergraduate degree in Trinity College Dublin and her medical degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Breslin completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City where she was recognized as administrative chief resident. She continued at Columbia to complete a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine with specialized focus in fetal intervention where she received the ‘Golden Needle’ award for outstanding proficiency in needle based procedures.

Prior to joining Georgia Perinatal Consultants, Dr. Breslin held an academic appointment at Columbia University during which time she was involved in teaching residents and fellows and was a member of the ‘Fetal team’ offering prenatal fetal interventions such as percutaneous umbilical blood sampling, fetoscopic laser surgery, shunt placement, EXIT procedures and fetoscopic myelomeningocele repair. Dr. Breslin worked closely with the Neonatal Comfort Care Program offering support to women whose pregnancies carried a life limiting diagnosis.

Dr. Breslin is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal Fetal Medicine. She is a member of the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the International Society for Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Breslin has published in numerous scientific journals and has authored academic book chapters.

Dr. Breslin enjoys all aspects of MFM but has a specialized focus in complicated multiple gestations, fetal intervention, fetal complications in pregnancy and preterm birth.
