Natalie Levey Neff, M.D.
An Atlanta native, Dr. Neff grew up in metro Atlanta and completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. She earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. During residency, she was elected Chief Resident and honored with the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine Award for Excellence in Obstetrics.
Dr. Neff completed her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Texas at Houston Health Science Center at Houston, where she served as Chief Fellow in her final year. During her Fellowship she was awarded the Danielle Peress Memorial Fund Award in support of her clinical research in preeclampsia.
Dr. Neff returned home to join Georgia Perinatal Consultants in 2025. While she enjoys all aspects of high-risk obstetrics, her primary interests include fetal growth restriction, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, critical care and prenatal diagnosis. Dr. Neff is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN and a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Neff enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and German Shepherd. She loves watching college football (Go Dawgs!), running, going to HIIT classes, and exploring Atlanta.
