Joy Cheuvront completed her undergraduate degree at North Park University in Chicago, IL. She quickly realized her passion to work in maternal-child care. First, as a labor and delivery nurse and then as an antepartum nurse where her focus was on high-risk patients. She spent nearly a decade caring for patients and families as they navigated the challenges of a high-risk pregnancy. A desire to expand her impact and broaden her knowledge base motivated Joy to complete her Master’s Degree and become a Nurse Practitioner. Joy graduated from Georgia State University in May 2020. She’s excited to join Georgia Perinatal Consultants and return to the patient population she’s most passionate about. In her spare time, Joy enjoys spending time outdoors or on the water with her husband, three children, and other family and friends.
